What's been happening at Epic Arts.
March was a powerful month of progress and celebration here at Epic Arts! š Our project team have been hard at work overseeing the renovation of inclusive bathrooms and a new classroomĀ at a local primary school ā helping create spaces where every child can learn with dignity.
We proudly celebrated World Down Syndrome Day, spreading awareness and embracing difference and our talented Epic Arts Dance team took center stage with āOn Equal Groundā, a moving performance created for International Womenās Day in partnership with the Cambodian Ministry of Womenās Affairs.

Inspiring Stories
Meet Socheat, a passionate performer who has been part of the Epic Arts family for over 9 years. As a core member of the Epic Arts Dance team, Socheat travels across Cambodia ā and beyond ā using dance to celebrate the abilities of all peopleĀ and challenge perceptions of disability.
His love for movement and creativity shines through every performance. With a natural talent for expression and innovation, Socheat dreams of a future in choreographyĀ where he can shape powerful, inclusive stories through dance.
Outside of his work with Epic Arts, he continues to grow as an artist ā collaborating on projects in contemporary and creative dance. Through his journey, Socheat hopes to inspire more people with disabilities to explore the freedom and joy of dance.

As Cambodiaās first and only inclusive professional dance company, Epic Arts Dance tours both nationally and internationally, reaching thousands with performances that celebrate diversity and challenge perceptions.

Impact Update
Since opening its doors in 2006, Epic Arts CafĆ© has become one of Kampotās most beloved places to eat ā not just for the delicious food, but for the powerful mission behind it.
Whether you're sipping a fresh juice or digging into our famous double chocolate brownie or Mediterranean chicken panini, every bite supports disability inclusion in Kampot and beyond.
In just the last month, nearly 3,000 customers joined us at the cafƩ, making it a vibrant meeting place for locals, tourists and tour groupsalike. As one of the longest-standing cafƩs in Kampot, we continues to serve not only food, but opportunity and empowerment.
With 50% of our team made up of people with disabilities, Epic Arts CafĆ© is a shining example of what inclusive employment can look like. Even better ā 100% of proceeds go directly to supporting Epic Artsā inclusive education, community and arts programs.
