Epic Arts Café leads by doing, creating a workplace that celebrates diversity and inclusion.

Epic Arts Café has been a successful cafe providing delicious food and excellent service since 2006. We are a not-for-profit social enterprise that provides work opportunities and empowerment for people with and without disabilities in Kampot, Cambodia.  When you visit us you help to fund inclusive education, Community Projects and building an inclusive society.

It all started in 2003 when one of the founders came to Kampot, and met a group of deaf teenagers. They wanted a space where they could meet, build connections, and practice the newly developed Khmer sign language.

In 2006, Epic Arts Café officially opened its doors. The ground floor was transformed into a café, while the upper floor became a hub for creativity, offering inclusive dance and art classes. After relocating two years ago, the café has continued to thrive in its current space.

Today, Epic Arts Café proudly employs 13 staff members, including 6 persons with disabilities. As a shining example of an inclusive workplace, we strive to demonstrate that diversity enriches every environment. Epic Arts Café operates on a model centered around providing employment, training, and empowerment. Many of our dedicated team members have progressed through the Epic Arts Programs, reflecting our commitment to promoting from within and nurturing an environment where every individual can excel.
